He can feel them settling along with him, shifting into place - and then Connor's arm is around his waist and his stomach rises as he sucks in a sharp breath. His head doesn't move at all, because they are so close, but he rolls his eyes over to look at Connor with what aspires to be disdain and is closer to raw panic.
