Any questions about ingredients/allergens/add ins/etc, pricing on custom orders of other types of cookies (oatmeal raisin, sugar cookies, macaroons, the list goes on!!!) or special requests: please let me know and I'll get back to you asap! I can flavor the shortbread with just about anything, like lemon or earl grey tea for example, or do them as thumbprints or dipped. Things like jams and chocolates and such can also be customized. You can absolutely freeze the drier cookies: shortbread, snickerdoodles, peanut butter freeze great. I've never tried freezing the ricotta chip or espresso brownie but those are moister cookies so might lose some texture, and you can't freeze the sandwiched cookies because of the jam.

Gluten free versions/requests will take an extra 3 days to allow the wheat flour in the air to settle, but this guarantees the treats safe for those with celiac's or gluten sensitivities.

For those who don’t know, I am a dogwalker/petsitter. This is a job that requires people to go to work and travel, and coronavirus concerns have seen my next several months’ worth of jobs cancelling for wfh and travel restrictions, so I am in financial trouble but also free to bake! Turnaround time should only be a few days, then shipping two to three.

Also re: coronavirus concerns: My household is not ill but to be extra safe I have been sterilizing my kitchen daily before baking (my mother the microbiologist gave tips) and not only constantly handwashing but wearing food service gloves while handling ingredients and packing orders so I can be sure not to touch anything else. But there is also no evidence of it being transmitted through food and mail services should be safe and continuing.

Thank you for your consideration!

The war was over but Asgard was incredibly loud all of a sudden. Connor cracked a bleary eye to check the clock… it was still dark as if it was the middle of the night, and sure enough, 2:41 in the morning. What the hell. He didn’t think much of it at that moment, just rolled over to crush the pillow over his ears or burrow into Sophie’s neck or something that would allow him to get back to sleep.

But Sophie wasn’t there.

That itself would not have been cause for alarm; maybe she went to the bathroom, she was allowed to urinate. What was alarming, and thus caused Connor to bolt upright and stumble out of bed in terror, was the fact that Sophie was a black amorphous lump that was flopping off the other side of the bed. He’d seen it before, in the other world and in nightmares since, but this wasn’t a nightmare. He knew because falling off the bed hurt, and the thump of his side on the floor was so incredibly loud he felt like it would blow out his eardrums. He cried out in shock and pain, and that only made both worse.

Pressing both hands over his ears Connor struggled to his feet, speaking as loud as he could manage. “Sophie? Sophie?!” Fuck, it was so loud. So loud he could hear his heartbeat through his hands and see every thread of their sheets even in the near pitch black of their room and was what he thought was happening actually happening? Desperate now he lowered a hand to the blob, grimacing as it squished down under his hand, and shook. “Sophie! John! John!!!

All items are baked with premium ingredients and lots of love in my home kitchen. The question marks are only if I need to confirm batch sizes or work out prices: I've made all these before, most many many times. ;) I also take requests, though it may take a few days for me to perfect a recipe!

I'm trying to get as many orders as possible right now, as I am not working while I wait to hear on a disability claim. And sending people treats makes me *so happy* so orders make me happy. No order too big or small. <3

Baking is serious business. ;)

↬ Choose a character from below OR from the full list here.

↬ Put their name in the subject line OR post with yours and I'll randomize. Then:

(A) post a picture prompt of your choosing (be it a .gif, artsy tumblr image(s), screencap of song lyrics, whatever)

(B) post whatever the randomizer gives you on the RP Visualosities Tumblr

(C) post a blank comment, logged in with your character, and I'll pick and image for you

↬ I come up with a scenario based on the image and characters. We play it out. Quite possibly, hilarity ensues!

Every second counts, and he knows that. The sound, the speed, the distance. Your breathing as strong as your breadth, hope as strong as your heart, the beat timing every leap and bound.

And he's able to hope, these days. As he fights, as he loves, as he learns. It used to be hate that was his fuel, and that felt literal, like it only took one small spark to light the fire in his eyes. He'd set off baring his teeth, cruel smiles and sharp fists. He was all sharp, all of him, like a glass full of spiderweb cracks that you couldn't hold too tight. Now he felt sealed up, able to hold things without them leaking out, able to fill up with things less sudden than adrenaline.

Though, he'd admit, that often filled his veins.

That night there was the *hope* that he would make it rather than just a need to, and his first thought was to protect, not to kill. All sealed up, he could hold a trust in himself.

She could handle herself, of course. But that didn't matter, as he wasn't joining in to prove anything... only to be there. Just for fun and just in case. And maybe to see her twirls and feints, the way she darted forward and struck so quick-pointedly, beauty like lightning in a city of metal. The feral boy was tamed, sealed and healed, yes. But he still liked a good fight, and a girl with sharp fists like his.

'Run. Fight. Make the beasts bleed.' The boy chanted in the back of his mind, and he felt the smile tugging at his mouth. 'Fine,' he told the boy, 'let's play. Your smile will match her better anyway.' And in the end, the boy was him. He was half and half but now a third, a person all sealed up. Apples don't fall far.

Tonight his steps were one too late; he watched from the rooftop as she felled the last of them, a quick slash across its throat with fingers grown long and wickedly curved, talons that dripped the creature's blood. She looked up at him with a night-owl's eyes, cocking her head as if to say that the show was over.

The boy was left unsatisfied tonight. 'Next time,' he promised, as he dropped silently from the roof. She picked her way through the corpses to stroke her sharp hand down his cheek.

As they kissed, one of her still-pointed teeth nicked his tongue. He tasted blood, and remembered being all spiderweb edges.
